Product Description
The alumina fiber gasket is manufactured with alumina fiber content of over 72%. It is a premium lightweight, high-temperature resistant, polycrystalline non-intumescent gasket material featuring excellent aging durability, blow erosion resistance and corrosion resistance.
With continuous temperature resistance up to 1300℃, it is widely applied as gasket material for automotive three-way catalytic converters and compatible with various encapsulation technologies, offering customized design solutions for customers.
Made from alumina fiber via papermaking process. It possesses good refractoriness, tensile strength and surface flatness, and delivers outstanding thermal insulation performance under high-temperature operating conditions.
Made from alumina fiber through double-sided needling process. It boasts low density, low thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient, along with excellent high-temperature mechanical properties, chemical stability, electrical insulation, creep resistance and thermal shock resistance.
Non-intumescent with excellent flexibility, applicable to multiple encapsulation methods.
Alumina content ≥ 72%; outstanding stability under high-temperature aging, with temperature resistance up to 1300℃.
Effectively prevents overheating of three-way catalytic converter housing.
