Jumeirah Industry Co., LTD has unveiled the world's first Integrated Sea-Air Low-Altitude Economy Solution, featuring a zero-carbon water vertiport and advanced eVTOL aircraft. This groundbreaking system extends eVTOL infrastructure across water areas, overcoming challenges of difficult site selection, slow deployment, and complex operations to accelerate the transition of low-altitude economy from concept to large-scale application.
The world-first Zero-Carbon Water Vertiport serves as a mobile aerial hub and intelligent command center on water. It integrates eVTOL landing platforms, photovoltaic energy storage and charging systems, intelligent dispatch systems, and communication facilities, enabling rapid deployment across rivers, lakes, and seas.
Designed specifically for eVTOL operations, the vertiport features a spacious deck serving as a landing pad covered with solar panels, while the cabin functions as a departure lounge and technical room. This creates a flexible, zero-carbon facility supporting take-off, landing, charging, data sharing, and intelligent coordination with aircraft.

On November 22, the Integrated Sea-Air solution was publicly demonstrated at Dianshan Lake in Kunshan. A 2-ton-class eVTOL aircraft took off from the Zero-Carbon Water Vertiport, showcasing collaborative operational capabilities. Additional demonstrations included multi-aircraft formation flights and live airdrop missions, illustrating application potential in emergency response and low-altitude logistics.
