We deliver three core forging solutions processing hard-to-deform materials including superalloys, titanium alloys, high-strength steel, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Our product range covers small aerospace precision blanks through to ultra-large heavy-duty pressure-bearing forgings.

We produce large ingot forgings up to dozens of tons, including thick-walled cylinders, long drive shafts, high-pressure valve bodies and heavy flanges, designed for high-pressure, corrosive and heavy-duty operating environments.

Equipped with CNC ring rolling lines, heavy die forging presses and intelligent fast forging units, we can fabricate integral rings up to 9 meters in diameter as well as P2/P4 aerospace-grade precision thin-walled special-shaped rings. Advanced isothermal and multi-directional forging ensures uniform internal microstructure with no metallurgical defects. Our forgings reliably withstand extreme temperatures from -70 ℃ to over 300 ℃ for long-cycle service in aviation and energy equipment.
We provide one-stop services covering raw material procurement, precision forging, heat treatment, NDT and finish machining. Our CNAS-certified laboratory conducts full mechanical, metallurgical and non-destructive inspections. We hold AS9100D, defense standard, NADCAP, international marine classification society and EU PED certifications, with full production traceability to meet stringent global industrial audit requirements.
Backed by mature superalloy and titanium alloy process databases, we offer reverse engineering, customized development and domestic substitution for imported high-end forgings. We support both small-batch aerospace R&D trials and mass production of standard energy components, shortening lead times and lowering overall procurement costs for clients.
